Selection and preparation of ingredients
This drink made from young green nuts is best prepared in July, because this month the nuts are “milk” and it’s easy to work with them. For cooking, you need to take only filtered water. Wine yeast will definitely be required, with them the wine wins well, gains a good aroma and does not smell like bread, like from ordinary yeast.

When working with young green nuts, be sure to wear gloves so that your hands do not stain in hard-washed walnut juice.

- Take the young green walnuts, cut them into four parts and pass through a meat grinder.
- Transfer the resulting mass into a bottle, where the drink will be infused.
- Meanwhile, the water warmed up to + 30 ° C, pour into a bottle with nuts and add the whole amount of sugar.
- Mix thoroughly until sugar is completely dissolved. At the same time, in a container with warm water, dilute wine yeast, and then add to the bottle.
- Close the bottle with a tight cap, on which there is a water lock with a gas pipe, where one end should be lowered into a container of water.
- The main condition for a good and tasty wine is the fermentation process. Leave it to roam at room temperature for one and a half months. The degree of fermentation can be determined by the vent pipe and the degree of intensity of the bubbles.
- When the fermentation is finished, strain the drink and bottle. Store it in a cool, dark place.
