How to cook buckwheat with vegetables

- After boiling, boil for about five minutes without using the lid, then ten more in a tightly sealed container, reducing the heat.
- Combine vegetables with butter, evenly distributing it in a dish, and remove the stewpan from the stove.
- Wrap the container in a towel and leave to "walk" for fifteen minutes.
