Recently it became known that Singapore has officially agreed on the supply of poultry carcasses made by Russian poultry farmers.
We are talking about frozen chicken, the quality of which was approved by the authorized inspectors of the food service of the Republic of Singapore. Such information was shared by representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
The department also noted that the Singapore side was finally convinced of the desire to accept the supply of chicken from Russia after a special audit was carried out and successfully completed.
It is known that, as part of their inspection at Russian poultry enterprises, Singaporean auditors evaluated the strict control of bird health, conditions of their keeping, slaughter, storage, transportation and other factors.
As a result, Russian suppliers were approved by the inspection as regional production facilities with a favorable bird flu situation.
It should be borne in mind that if one of the suppliers agreed by the Singaporean side suffers from an outbreak of bird flu, Singapore will not terminate its agreements with other unaffected suppliers.
