Only red apples are exported to China. Like other Asians, the Chinese perceive green apples as unripe. In China, these fruits also grow, but they are sour there. They are not suitable for the production of juices, as they give a tasteless concentrate. Therefore, Chinese entrepreneurs are buying ready-made apple concentrate in Ukraine.
Chicken legs are a favorite delicacy of the Chinese. They fry them, prepare chips from them, boil, pickle. China is ready to buy tons of paws of hens daily. In the Vinnitsa region there are entrepreneurs who collect this product from several poultry farms in the country and send it for export.
Dairy products are also willingly purchased. In China, there are a lot of people, production capacities are simply not enough, explains Andrey Gizhko.
The Chinese love pork, but do not eat fat and raise cattle using their own technology. In the Vinnitsa region, they purchase equipment for pig farms.
