Based on the forecasts of agrometeorologists, in the second half of May 2019, weather and climatic conditions in the Russian Federation will be mostly favorable for domestic farmers and participants in sowing and other spring-field events.

In particular, in most territories belonging to the European side of the country, satisfactory agrometeorological conditions will be formed for the performance of work in fields, gardens, orchards and other agricultural facilities.

Vegetation of winter crops is expected to take place favorably, spring crops will develop in accordance with the plan, agro-synoptics say.

If we talk about territories located in the Asian part of the Russian Federation, then here we should first of all highlight the lands of the north-eastern part of Western Siberia - it is here that in the second decade of May, the vegetation of winter crops will occur under conditions of reduced heat supply.

However, the Ural farmers and farmers of most West Siberian regions will have a more favorable end of spring - a satisfactory climatic and weather situation will be established on these lands for the vegetation of winter crops.
