JLLC “Voskoboyniki” (Poltava region) commissioned a new milking parlor with a GEA DairyRotor T8900 carousel milking parlor and two loose housing barn.

The milking unit is designed for 32 milking places. It is noted that this livestock complex is the only one of this type in Ukraine, and in the world there are only 10 such.

The construction of cowsheds and a milking parlor began last year. According to the general director of Voskoboinikov Valery Kaplenko, the project cost amounted to 80 million UAH.

“We hope for a 30% subsidy from the state under the government program,” he said. “For this money we will build a second line.” Now the farm has 1.5 thousand heads of dairy herds. The plans to increase it to 3 thousand goals.

For information, Voskoboiniki is engaged in the cultivation and sale of grain and oilseeds, and in the production of milk. In the use of the economy - about 8.5 thousand hectares of land. In the structure of the economy there is also a feed mill.

Earlier it was reported that in the Poltava region, a similar milking parlor opened another farm. It became the State Enterprise "Dekabristov Experimental Farm", which equipped a milking parlor for 1 thousand. Like the Voskoboiniki farm, in this hall there is the possibility of simultaneous milking of 32 cows.
