The guests were very interested in the issue of organizing cooperatives. For a cooperative to work, you need to build trust in your organization. Lviv residents have a lot of positive experience in this matter. First they equipped the pastures and planted them with quality grass. When people saw this, they began to join the work of the cooperative, said Oksana Veretsun, a representative of the agricultural development department of the Belokurakinskiy RSA.
In the Lviv region there is experience in the use of electric shepherds. Cattle graze itself, it is controlled by special sensors. This significantly saves labor, time and money. In our cooperatives we want to do the same, but for this we need to win a grant, says Lyubov Lyashko. According to her, only by uniting, farmers of the Luhansk region will be able to achieve sustainable results, help each other and survive in difficult times for the region.
The Luhansk residents plan to make a second visit in May in order to see in practice how Lviv farms work and what technologies they use.
