Farmers of the Kuban in the near future will receive monetary compensation for the fact that last summer brought them only losses. As a result, the state compensates the agrarians for damage in the total amount of up to 120 million rubles.

This was stated by the head of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratiev. Compensation will receive about a hundred agricultural farming units of the region.

“We could not get past the troubles of our farmers,” Kondratyev emphasizes. - Because these are our common losses. And today the Ministry of Agriculture of our region is already paying farmers money. ”

In order to minimize the risks associated with the weather, a large-scale agricultural insurance project has already been launched in the Kuban. The Government of the Russian Federation allocated more than 330 million rubles from the state treasury and the budget of the Kuban to carry out this program.
