The third method is suitable for sweet tooth:
- In a deep bowl to 2 tbsp. liquid honey add 1.5 tbsp. maple syrup and melted butter, mix. Maple syrup from the ingredients can be excluded and increase the amount of honey.
- Add 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar and salt to the liquid ingredients. You can do without them, but salt will emphasize the sweetness of taste, and vanillin will give a unique aroma. You can add a pinch of cinnamon.
- Pour 450 g of nuts, knead well.

- Bake for 10-12 minutes, mixing 1 time in the middle of the interval. Follow the color of the finished product - it should be rosy, but not dark.
- Bread hot nuts in 2 tbsp. sugar and cool.
When using the 4th method:
- First you need to fry the cashews, as indicated in the 1st method.
- During this time, to 2 tbsp. rosemary needles add 1 tbsp. salt and melted butter, 0.5 hours powdered cayenne pepper and 2 hours sugar (preferably brown).
- Pour the finished product to the spices and mix thoroughly.
- Put the nuts on a sheet of foil or parchment, cool them.
The last cooking method looks like this:
- To 2 tbsp. liquid or melted hardened honey, add 1 teaspoon of dried and crushed chili pepper and mash well in a deep bowl.
- Pour 450 g of nuts into the mixture, dispersing it well over their surface.
- Transfer the contents of the dishes to a baking sheet covered with parchment, carefully distributing in 1 layer and separating from each other.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until a rosy shade, stirring every 3-4 minutes.
- To 1.5 hours of salt, pour 2 tbsp. sugar, stir, roll cashews in this mixture. Cool.
