Another outbreak of African swine fever was recorded in the farm "Bush" Yampolsky area.

On this fact, several measures were taken that impeded the further spread of the disease. In particular, all pigs in the Bush farm were slaughtered and burned.

The Vinnitsa Regional State Administration assured that they would take control of the clinical status of the livestock of pigs on all farms, regardless of their form of ownership, as well as the movement of live pigs and pig products.

Priority measures are being taken to eliminate the outbreak and prevent its spread. For information, since 2012, in Ukraine, 473 cases of pig disease by African plague were recorded. Of these, at the beginning of 2019 there were 17 cases: 8 - domestic pigs, 6 - wild pigs and 3 infected objects.

Earlier it was reported that due to the outbreak of African swine fever registered in the Chemirovets district of the Khmelnitsky region, more than 500 pigs were killed.
