The Ukrainian company for the first time signed an agrarian receipt for a future crop, which will be sold abroad.

This was reported by the head of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Ukraine Elena Voloshina. tons of corn to one of the Baltic countries.

In general, now in Ukraine more than 400 agricultural receipts are concluded. Eight banks of the country work with this financial instrument and it can be issued for 34 types of agricultural products, noted Elena Voloshina.

Earlier it was reported that the leadership in the number of agricultural receipts on a Ukrainian scale is held by the Rivne region, where the agricultural sector is the largest employer for the population. The number of sown areas is constantly growing in the region. And for the first three months of 2019, farmers in the region issued 16 agricultural receipts in the amount of 190 million UAH.

Since last year, farmers have been able to feel state support after the introduction of a system of agricultural receipts by banks, according to which farmers have the right to receive equipment and funds from the owners at the expense of the future harvest.

According to the data at the end of 2018, Rivne agrarians signed receipts in the amount of UAH 120 million.
