Bulgarian businessmen arrived in the Moscow region with a research mission: they intend to study the local market and farm facilities and soon launch buffalo milk production in the region.
“Today we are committed to investing heavily in the creation of a buffalo farm in the expanses of the Moscow Region,” said guests from Bulgaria. “It is planned to build an enterprise for the maintenance of buffalo, milk production and processing.”
The information was confirmed by employees of the Ministry of Investment and Innovation of the region. They met with the Bulgarian delegation and came to the conclusion that the buffalo farm and the production of buffalo milk are a potentially profitable and useful project for the Russian economy.
“We paid close attention to the Moscow region, as it is considered the leader in the production of milk and dairy products in Russia,” members of the Bulgarian delegation explain. And they add that if the issue regarding the buffalo farm is resolved in a positive way, the production of not only buffalo milk, but also elite Di bufala mozzarella cheese will start production at the new farm near Moscow in the very near future.
