On the territory of the city of Podolsk, which is located in the Moscow region, the construction of a new processing complex can begin in the very near future.

This is an enterprise that, according to preliminary data, will be able to market up to a million cans with canned fish every month.

Such information was shared by the initiators of the project - representatives of the enterprise “APK Russian Fish World”. Also, according to them, the opening of the processing complex will provide the Moscow Region not only with high-quality fish food, but also jobs: at least two hundred people will be able to get official work with decent pay.

It will not be amiss to note that over three hundred and fifty million rubles will be spent on the construction, equipping and staffing of the new enterprise. Such information was shared by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

The ministry also said that the commissioning of the complex will be carried out in order of priority. Production of products such as sprats will be launched immediately. In addition, the initiators' priority is the opening of a warehouse and a workshop with refrigeration units.

Next in line is the start of the workshop for the production of delicacies of fish and seafood, as well as the opening of administrative and domestic premises.

It is important to add that the complex intends to supply such products as canned seaweed, red caviar, canned fish with vegetable oil, tomato sauce, preserves in its own juice, as well as blanched fish, fried pieces of fish products, etc. to the Russian market.
